01. Developing the Visual Concept

The first stage of the project focused on creating the brand's visual identity, inspired by the most prominent natural element within the resort—the green leaf. This symbol embodies the lush environment surrounding the zoo and resort chalets, as well as the ambiance of the VIP rooms. The design extends into the resort’s interiors, further reinforcing the connection to nature through cohesive branding.

From this core concept, we developed a range of visual assets, including logos, color palettes, and typography, ensuring that every aspect of the resort's branding aligned with its natural theme. These elements were then applied to essential brand materials, such as signage, stationery, and guest-facing promotional materials, establishing a strong visual presence.

02. Social Media and Promotional Materials

In the second phase, the focus shifted to creating a social media direction that emphasized the resort’s unique blend of hospitality and wildlife. Using engaging content that highlighted funny and heartwarming stories of the animals, we crafted a relatable and approachable online persona for the brand.

Additionally, we designed a comprehensive brochure showcasing the resort's activities, amenities, and services. This brochure was complemented by leaflets, flyers, and other marketing materials tailored to the resort’s diverse audience. These promotional tools not only communicated the resort’s offerings but also reflected the visual identity established in the first phase.

03. Digital Experience Design UI/UX

The final stage centered on the resort's digital transformation. We developed the visual direction for The Resort’s digital interface, focusing on enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency. Collaborating with the internal development team, we created user-friendly designs for a mobile app, a TV app for in-room use, and the resort’s website.

These digital platforms allow guests to book rooms, order food, schedule activities, and receive updates seamlessly. The design incorporated the resort's natural aesthetic, ensuring a consistent experience across all touchpoints. Interactive features and clear navigation were prioritized to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
